Canning Vale is a large southern suburb of Perth
20 km from the Perth CBD. Its local government
areas are the City of Canning (west of Nicholson
Road) and the City of Gosnells (east of Nicholson
Road). In the 2011 Australian census the
population of Canning Vale was 30,666 when there
were 15,098 Females and 15,568 Males living
there.
Canning Vale contains five retail precincts, four
within the residential areas. A large industrial area
is located in the north-west.
